ROGERS ENTERPRISE - STRATEGIC REBRAND

Rogers Enterprise is the Business-centred division of Rogers Communications. With major clients around the world, their Enterprise division accounts for more than half of Rogers Communications’ business each year. They provide a massive range of products and solutions for businesses, from remote asset monitoring to secure data warehousing. The giant scope of Rogers Enterprise’s business was both a great asset and a huge liability. Potential clients did not understand the divisions between Rogers consumer and business brand. In addition, their jumbled plethora of products and services was confusing for even their employees to understand.

To remedy this Rogers decided to rebrand their Enterprise division. Beginning with their logo and extending out to all forms of the business, the goal of the rebrand was to strip away the facade and build a brand that revealed the structure of the company and it’s offerings. In this way they hoped to build a unique brand apart from their the consumer division as well as increase customer understanding.

Building off of the 4 pillars of the Enterprise business (Employees, Assets, Customers and Infrastructure) a new logo and identity system brought these to the forefront and integrated them into the brand. A dynamic and modular logo system was built that could be reconfigured in a myriad of ways and orientations, ensuring that the brand work in all applications. The rebrand also extended into the renaming and re-organizing of hundreds of products and services to fit within one of the 4 pillars. To aid in this organization process, a hierarchical system of unique sell sheets and icons were created for each service or product. Through the aid of custom photography and illustrations, the complicated concepts of these business technologies was made much easier to understand and much nicer to look at!
